It's clear that the current 'official' Fire Department isn't really functioning right now. There is a player owned group that clearly shows roleplay initiative and is very active in both their own duties and the co-operation with other groups.

My idea is to replace the SAFD with the other group that shows initiative and activity. This should result in a much more active Fire Department and the opening of more opportunities for additional roleplay scenarios.
